Can I cancel?
Yes. 30 days' written notice, no hostage situations. Your site and content are yours.
What if I don't take a plan?
Your call. You'd take on hosting, weekly updates, backups, security monitoring, and hack cleanup yourself. It's all spelled out in our agreement. Most clients do the math and take the plan.
I have multiple sites/brands.
Each additional site gets 20 to 30% off its plan.
My hosting is prepaid elsewhere.
We'll either work alongside it (small setup fee) or credit what you've prepaid against our hosting. Don't let $40 of old hosting block real coverage.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month or annual (2 months free). The annual is the better deal; the monthly is the easier yes. Pick your speed.
What counts as a small edit?
Text changes, swapping photos, updating your hours or service areas, adding a section to a page, fixing something that broke. If it turns into a project, a new page build or a redesign, I'll quote it before I start. Care plan clients pay my member rate of $77/hr instead of $97.
