What we install

Commercial security systems, end to end

Four systems, one integrator, one number to call. Every one of them designed around your building and your risk — not around a package we bought a pallet of.

01 · Video surveillance

Cameras placed to answer a question

Most camera systems fail the day you need them, and the reason is almost always the same: nobody decided in advance what the camera was for. A camera meant to read a license plate at the gate is a different camera, at a different height, with a different lens, than one meant to watch a dock door.

We start by asking what you'd need to see if the worst thing happened. Then we design coverage backwards from that.

  • Coverage design with a lens plan. Field of view, pixels-on-target, and mounting height documented per camera before we pull a single wire.
  • Retention you can defend. Most incidents surface 2–6 weeks later. Nine days of storage is how footage disappears before anyone asks for it.
  • Low-light and IR done right. Parking lots and yards are where cameras usually fall apart. We spec for the light you actually have at 2am.
  • Remote access that works. Phone, browser, or your desk. Export a clip and hand it to a police officer without calling us.

Typical installed: $9,500 – $24,000 for 8–16 cameras, single building.

02 · Access control

Every opening, on one system, controlled from anywhere

Keys are a liability you can't audit. The moment someone leaves on bad terms, you either rekey the building or you hope. Access control turns that into a checkbox.

  • Doors, gates, elevators, cabinets. If it opens and it matters, it can go on the system.
  • Mobile credentials. Phone-based access with no card to lose and no plastic to reorder.
  • Real audit trail. Who opened what, when, and whether the door was propped afterward.
  • Schedules and lockdown. Building unlocks at 6:30, locks at 6:00, and goes hard-locked from one button in an emergency.

03 · Intrusion detection & monitoring

Alarms police still respond to

False alarms have made police departments across Texas slow to respond — and in some jurisdictions, they'll fine you for them. Verified alarms fix that: when a zone trips, the central station looks at the camera before anyone gets dispatched.

  • UL-listed central station with redundant facilities and verified dispatch.
  • Commercial zone design — perimeter, interior motion, glass break, and dedicated coverage on high-value areas.
  • Cellular and IP backup. Cutting a phone line doesn't blind the system.
  • Month-to-month after year one. No three-year auto-renew.

Typical installed: $2,800 – $7,500. Monitoring $65 – $140 per month per site.

04 · Intercom & emergency communications

Let people in without walking to the door

A video intercom at the entry, call stations in the parking lot, and mass notification tied into the paging you already own. Small system, disproportionate effect on how a building feels to work in.

  • Video entry stations that ring a desk phone, a mobile app, or both.
  • Emergency call stations for lots, stairwells, and remote areas.
  • Mass notification integrated with existing paging and strobes.
  • Tied to access control so unlocking the door is one tap, not a separate system.

05 · Service & maintenance

The Ironline Uptime Plan

A security system you don't maintain isn't a security system — it's a decoration that costs money. Nearly every "the cameras weren't recording" story we hear started with a system nobody had touched in three years.

01

Watch

Remote health monitoring on every recorder, camera, and door controller. We usually know a camera dropped before you do.

from $185 / mo

02

Maintain

Quarterly on-site checks: lens cleaning, aim verification, firmware, battery and UPS testing, storage and retention audit, door hardware inspection.

from $295 / mo

03

Respond

4-hour emergency response anywhere in DFW, 24/7. Covered labor on system faults. Credential and user administration handled by us.

from $425 / mo

What's never in the fine print

No auto-escalating rates. No charge to hand over your own credentials. No penalty for leaving. Cancel with 30 days' notice after the first year and we'll hand your next integrator complete as-built documentation. We'd rather earn year four than lock you into it.

Next step

Walk your building with us. No charge, no pitch deck.

We look at your doors, your camera coverage, and what you already own. You get a written scope with real numbers on it — whether or not you hire us.
