Six buildings, and what actually changed

Every one of these started with a building that had some security — and a problem that security wasn't solving. Client names are withheld; the numbers are not.

Project case studies

Fort Worth · 96,000 sq ft · 2026

Regional distribution center

The problem. Consistent shrink on the outbound dock. Twelve cameras existed but retention was nine days, and by the time inventory reconciled at month end the footage was gone.

What we did. Rebuilt coverage around dock doors and the yard gate with pixels-on-target actually calculated, added license plate capture at the entrance, and moved storage to 45 days.

Arlington · 4 floors, 38 tenants · 2026

Multi-tenant office building

The problem. Physical keys with no master record. Every lease turnover meant rekeying the suite and hoping no copies were floating around.

What we did. 42 openings on mobile credentials with per-tenant administration, so each tenant manages their own suite while property management keeps common areas. Rekeying stopped entirely.

Grand Prairie · 3-shift plant · 2025

Metal fabrication plant

The problem. Two systems inherited from two integrators who'd both gone out of business. Neither talked to the other, nobody had admin passwords, and the plant manager was locked out of his own footage.

What we did. Consolidated onto one platform, tested every existing camera and kept the 61% that still earned their place, and put the whole plant on one uptime plan with a single point of contact.

Denton · 640 units, unmanned · 2025

Self-storage facility

The problem. Unmanned site, gate code shared among every tenant who'd ever rented, and a break-in nobody could reconstruct.

What we did. Individual gate credentials tied to each lease, LPR at the entrance, hallway coverage on every floor, and a verified alarm so police still respond after hours.

Irving · K-8 private school · 2025

Private school campus

The problem. Twelve exterior doors, all propped at some point during the day, and no way to know which. Front office had no visibility on who was at the door before opening it.

What we did. Video intercom at the main entry tied to the front desk, door-position monitoring with prop alerts on all twelve exteriors, and one-button lockdown from the office and from any staff phone.

Dallas · Outpatient clinic group · 2025

Four-location clinic group

The problem. Four locations, four separate systems, four sets of credentials, and a compliance auditor asking who had accessed the records room. Nobody could produce an answer for any site.

What we did. One platform across all four clinics with restricted-area logging on medication and records rooms, exportable audit reports, and centralized administration from one office.

The through-line

Every one of these buildings already had "security"

Cameras were mounted. Alarms were armed. Somebody had been paid. What was missing in every case was somebody who'd asked what the system was actually supposed to accomplish — and then designed backwards from that answer.
