About Ironline
We only do commercial. That's the whole strategy.
There are good residential alarm companies in this metroplex and we're not one of them. A warehouse dock, a 38-tenant office building, and a three-shift plant have nothing in common with a house — and an integrator who does both usually does one of them poorly.
Since 2009
Started because of a building nobody could get back into
Our founder spent nine years as a field technician for two large integrators before starting Ironline. The job that ended that run was a distribution client whose previous vendor had folded — leaving them locked out of their own recorder, with no admin password, no documentation, and a system that had quietly stopped recording eleven weeks earlier.
It took three days to recover. The client had done nothing wrong. They'd just trusted a company that treated their system as leverage instead of as their property.
Ironline was built to make that specific outcome structurally impossible. It's why "you own everything" is on the bottom of every page of this site and in the first paragraph of every contract we write.
"If a client can't fire us without losing their footage, we haven't built a security system. We've built a hostage situation."
How we operate
Four rules we don't bend
The scope is written before the price
Every device, every location, every mounting height. If the proposal can't be checked by someone who wasn't on the walkthrough, it isn't a proposal — it's a number.
Fixed price against that scope
If we misjudged a conduit run or missed a firewall penetration, that's ours to absorb. Change orders exist for things you asked us to add, not for things we should have seen.
You own it. All of it. Day one.
Hardware, licenses, recordings, admin credentials, and as-built documentation. Leaving us should cost you a phone call, not a rebuild.
Standard parts, serviceable by anyone
We install open-standard equipment that another competent integrator could take over tomorrow. Proprietary lock-in is a business model, not an engineering decision.
